2010 Juneteenth Sponsor Application

Sponsor donations will finance Juneteenth events and will support the mission of the Unified Committee for Afro-American Contributions—a 501 (C) (3) non-profit.

In order to be listed in the souvenir booklet, the deadline for receipt of grants or donations and ad copy is June 1st.

Platinum Sponsorship - $5,000

  • Full page color ad with logo in the souvenir booklet (back cover - first come, first served)
  • Five tickets to the Sponsor's Reception at Juneteenth
  • Logo (as sponsor) on all press materials and advertisements
  • 2' x 8' banner with company logo on site during the event
  • Logo (as sponsor) on Juneteenth web page
  • Recognition plaque for company headquarters or an engraved brick in the Freedom Park walkway
  • Verbal recognition by the emcee

Gold Sponsorship - $2,000

  • Four tickets to the Sponsor's Reception at Juneteenth
  • Logo (as sponsor) on all press materials and advertisements
  • 2' x 8' banner with company logo on site during the event
  • Logo (as sponsor) on Juneteenth web page and ad in souvenir booklet (full page in color)
  • Recognition plaque for company headquarters
  • Verbal recognition by the emcee

Silver Sponsorship - $1,000

  • Three tickets to the Sponsor's Reception at Juneteenth
  • 2' x 4' banner with company logo on site during the event
  • Logo (as sponsor) on web page and ad in souvenir booklet (full page in black and white)
  • Recognition certificate for company headquarters
  • Verbal recognition by the emcee

Bronze Sponsorship - $500

  • Two tickets to the Sponsor's Reception at Juneteenth
  • Logo (as sponsor) on Juneteenth web page and ad in souvenir booklet (half page in black and white)
  • Recognition certificate for company headquarters

Sponsorship - less than $500

  • Text listing as sponsor on Juneteenth web page
  • 1/4 page ad in souvenir booklet (in black and white - less than $200 - 1/8 page)

***Donations of $50 or more will entitle the donor to space in the souvenir booklet.
